The Community Leadership CouncIl The Community Leadership Council (CLC) serves as an accessible avenue for people from diverse experiences and circumstances to share their gifts and make a meaningful contribution towards child abuse prevention work within the state. We center the richness of lived experience in our work and believe that these perspectives should be driving change forward.
