- Family Resource Booklets: From The All:Ready Network’s Disability Inclusion Project, in five languages, including a culturally adapted booklet for Indigenous families.
- Healthy Families Oregon – a free, voluntary program offering support and education to families who are expecting or parenting newborns. Healthy Families Oregon meets families in their own homes in order to reduce barriers to accessing services and support.
- Oregon Parent Education Collaborative – groups that offer evidence-based parenting education, much of which is free for parents.

- PFLAG – Support, information and resources for LGBTQ+ people, their parents, families, and allies.
- Black Parent Initiative (BPI) – BPI provides a range of services including parent coaching, parent training, and education.
- Self Enhancement Inc (SEI) – SEI provides case management, support, and networking to address potential barriers to maintaining a healthy family environment and a positive home-school relationship.
- Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) – helps native parents to develop skills utilizing the Parents Helping Parents curriculum and provides connection to critical supports that leads to overall family stabilization and success.
- Disabled Parenting Project – leverage technology in order to create opportunities for parents and prospective parents with disabilities to connect and interact, and serve as an information clearinghouse for relevant information about adaptive parenting.
- Latino Network – early childhood programs support parents as their child’s first teacher and prepare children, birth to five, for success in school and life.
- Oregon Kinship Navigator Program– statewide resource and referral service for grandparents raising grandchildren and other relative caregivers.

- Reach Out Oregon - a warmline offering peer support to youth and families by offering education, support, and advocacy with the goal of promoting mental, behavioral, and emotional wellness.

- OHA Prenatal and Newborn Guide (English/Español)
- Early Head Start – provides child development and family support services to infants and toddlers and their families, and to pregnant women and their families.
- Maternity Case Management – Maternity Case Manager support with navigating health, social, economic, and dietary parts of life that are important for a healthy pregnancy and in planning for labor and delivery.
- MothersCare – provides coordination with pregnancy testing, prenatal care, OHP assistance, referrals and education resources at no charge.
- Relief Nurseries – provides therapeutic early childhood services and comprehensive family support, including alcohol & drug recovery support services.
- Mother + Child Education Center - offers free services to parents during their pregnancy and early childhood years in the greater Portland area.
- OHSU Family-to-Family Health Information Center – supports families and caregivers of children with special health needs to navigate the complex health care systems. Staffed entirely by parents of children and youth with a variety of health conditions, we provide free one-to-one support, training, and printed materials to families and the professionals who serve them.
- Office of Developmental Disabilities Services – offers supports to children and families ranging from in home family support, intensive in-home supports and 24-hour services in foster care or residential placement.
- OHSU – National and state resources for alcohol and drug treatment
- Alano Club - a welcoming, compassionate, and accessible recovery support environment for individuals and families recovering from alcoholism, drug addiction, and other addictive behaviors. Alano Club hosts recovery meetings every day of the year, in addition to a variety of programs and peer mentorship. Recovery meetings include: Wellbriety, NA/AA, Al-Anon, Nar-Anon, SMART Recovery, and more.
- 4D Recovery - provides peer-based services for young people seeking addiction recovery. Services include peer mentorship, daily recovery meetings, and activities.
- True Colors Recovery - comprised of individuals that have lived experience with addiction and identifying as part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. True Colors provides recovery mentor services and they have a drop-in center open 365 days/year in North Portland.
- Native American Rehabilitation Association (NARA) NW - The mission of NARA NW is to provide education, physical and mental health services and addiction treatment that is culturally appropriate to American Indians, Alaska Natives and anyone in need.

- Portland Deaf Access Committee of Alcoholics Anonymous - provides a list of in-person and virtual AA meetings with ASL interpretation.
- Puentes - Since 2005, Puentes has supported the Latinx/Hispanic community and non-English speakers seeking healing and recovery. Bilingual and bicultural staff provide counseling and individual treatment plans with our clients’ unique needs in mind.
- Avel Gordly Center for Healing - one of the few practices in the Northwest that focuses on culturally sensitive care for the African and African-American community. They provide cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based therapy, psychotherapy, and medication management.
- Letty Owings Center - offers a safe, inclusive environment for women to live with their children while in treatment for substance use disorders.
- The Hotline – highly trained expert advocates are available 24/7 to talk confidentially with anyone in the United States who is experiencing domestic violence, seeking resources or information, or questioning unhealthy aspects of their relationship.
- Oregon Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence – find shelters, advocacy programs, and legal assistance near you.
- Sexual Assault Task Force - seeks to facilitate cross-discipline collaboration and cultivate victim-centered approaches to sexual assault primary prevention, victim advocacy, medical forensic care, criminal prosecution and sex offender management and treatment.
